Dear Colleagues;
 
this is just to remind You that the time for submitting abstracts via http://www.decge2018.mk/index.php/portfolio/form for the Danube-European Conference on Geotechnical Engineering (DECGE) to be held in Skopje; 07-09.6.2018; is approaching fast since that only about ten days have been left for that purpose: 10.5.2017!
 
Meanwhile; let us inform You that the Organizing Committee of DECGE 2018 has arranged selected papers to be published in renowned international journals; as well as that there have been established contacts with worldwide distinguished scientists in order to be invited lecturers at the conference.
 

Those who already plan to attend the Conference; either as authors; participants; company presenters or accompanying persons; useful information about R.Macedonia and Skopje can find @ http://www.exploringmacedonia.com/; http://macedonia-timeless.com/; https://www.visitskopje.mk/; http://travel2macedonia.com.mk/tourist-attractions/skopje and many other web-sites. Although Skopje is very well connected with direct flights to most of the European countries; among which many are covered with low-cost lines; as can be seen on http://skp.airports.com.mk/default.aspx?ItemID=361; probably it is good to know that it can be also easily approached from the nearby airports in Ohrid; Thessaloniki; Sofia; Pristina; Nis and Belgrade. Moreover; popular prices have been arranged for accommodation in several hotels; but those information will be precisely spread with the Second conference information; thus contributing to the "saturation" of the attendees.
